Creating for me is a deep well I dip into to find joy & express my inner soul. My process is fluid, open, and often draws from my experiences out in nature. My first memory of painting is my beautiful mother leading me to a blank wall, setting up a small ladder, handing 6 year old me paint and brushes, and saying "create". What a beautiful thing to hand a child a giant blank wall and freedom to fill it.

I have created throughout my life span. At times very minimally, at other times it has consumed me. I have loved many mediums, including charcoals, oil, acrylic, watercolor, ink, & ceramics. It wasn't until 2019 that I felt compelled to  publicly share my work in significant ways. It was a time our world was rocked by the pandemic. I found my own solace, energy, and healing within the process and found that my pieces were more meaningful to me and those who were a witness to my creations.
