Outside the US, shipping is calculated and based on destination & shipping method.
Pieces are carefully and securely wrapped, rolled, and placed in a strong mailing tube.
Every effort is made to ensure your package arrives safely at your destination in a timely manner.
Creations are mailed within 1-3 business days of your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
My highest priority is the enjoyment of this purchase for years to come. Collectors regularly report their piece is better in person than expected. However if you receive a creation and are not completely satisfied, email to set up a return or exchange of your purchase. You have 2 weeks from receipt of your piece to ship it back in original undamaged condition. Once your return is received and condition verified an exchange or refund minus any shipping costs will be sent your way.
